摘要
目的观察耳鸣患者太白穴和三阴交穴压痛反应及压痛阈,研究二穴在耳鸣时的敏感性,为临床诊治耳鸣提供选穴依据。方法选取耳鸣患者75例作为耳鸣组,非耳鸣者30例作为非耳鸣组,对2组受试者太白穴和三阴交穴进行按压,记录压痛反应阳性频次,并采用压痛测试仪测量太白穴和三阴交穴压痛阈。结果耳鸣组与非耳鸣组三阴交穴及太白穴压痛频次比较差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0. 05);不同侧别耳鸣患者双侧太白穴和三阴交穴压痛频次均明显多于单独左侧和单独右侧(P均<0. 05),而单独左侧和单独右侧压痛频次比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。耳鸣组太白穴和三阴交穴压痛阈均明显低于非耳鸣组(P均<0. 05);不同侧别耳鸣及脑鸣患者太白穴和三阴交穴左、右侧压痛阈比较差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0. 05)。结论耳鸣患者太白穴和三阴交穴压痛均以双侧为主且对压痛均敏感,左、右侧无明显差异,二穴是耳鸣的敏感反应穴。
        Objective It is to observe the tenderness and pain threshold of taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5) in tinnitus patients,in order to provide reference for the clinic treatment of tinnitus. Methods Seventy-five patients with tinnitus were selected as the tinnitus group,and 30 patients without tinnitus were used as the non-tinnitus group. Taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5) of the subjects in both groups were pressed to record the frequency of positive tenderness reaction. The tenderness tester was used to measure the tenderness threshold of taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5). Results There was no significant difference in the frequency of tenderness of Taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5) between the tinnitus group and the non-tinnitus group( P > 0. 05). The frequency of tenderness of both taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5) on both sides in the ones with tinnitus on both side was significantly higher than that in the ones with tinnitus on the left side and the left side alone( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference in the frequency of left and single right tenderness alone( P >0. 05). The tenderness thresholds of taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5) in tinnitus group was significantly lower than those in non-tinnitus group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant differences in the left and right tenderness thresholds between taibai( SP3) and sanyinjiao( SP5) in different side tinnitus patients( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The tinnitus patients with Taibai and Sanyinjiao acupoints were mainly bilateral and sensitive to tenderness. There was no significant difference between left and right sides. Both points were the sensitive reaction points for tinnitus.
