摘要
标准化是共享物流建设的基础,也是要真正实现物流共享需解决的首要问题。可循环共用或重复使用的工程建筑周转材料为一种特殊的共享物流设备,文章展开探讨了其质量检测鉴定方法和标准化评级问题。长期以来,多次循环使用的周转材料缺乏统一评价标准,优质材料与劣质材料不易区分,市场劣币驱逐良币现象长期存在,造成了极大的社会资源浪费。针对周转材料管理,从存在的问题现状出发,探索周转材料标准化评级如何实现。
Standardization is the foundation of shared logistics construction, and it is also the primary problem that needs to be solved to truly realize logistics sharing. The engineering construction turnover material that can be recycled or reused is a special shared logistics equipment. The methods of quality inspection and issues of standardized rating are discussed in the paper. For a long time, there has been no uniform evaluation standards for revolving materials, and high-quality materials and inferior materials are difficult to distinguish. The phenomenon of bad money drives out good in the market has existed for quite, which has caused great waste of social resources. In view of the management of turnover materials, this paper will consider how the standardization rating of turnover materials is realized based on the current situation.
