摘要
目的调拌藻酸盐印模材料过程中产生的气泡数量和大小是模型准确性的重要影响因素之一。本研究探讨了机器调拌和手动调拌藻酸盐印模材料产生气泡的数量及大小。方法将机器调拌藻酸盐印模材料分块切割14块设为实验组,将另一部分手调藻酸盐印模材料分块切割14块设为对照组。两组样本逐个放置在电子显微镜下观察,对单位面积内气泡数量进行计数,并对气泡大小进行测量。结果实验组在藻酸盐调拌过程中形成的气泡数量[(4.79±1.42)个/cm~2]明显少于对照组[(13.36±1.59)个/cm~2](P<0.05),而实验组形成的气泡直径[(31.5±6.8)μm]也明显小于对照组[(205.0±9.7)μm](P<0.05)。结论机调藻酸盐印模材料的质量明显好于手动调拌的藻酸盐印模材料。
        Objective The quantity and size of air bubble are one of the important factors of impression accuracy during mixing alginate impression materials. The purpose of this study is to make comparison in the quantity and size of air bubble after machine and manual mixing under the microscope. Method Alginate im pression materials were mixed by machine and cut into 14 masses as a test group. Other same materials by manual and into 14 masses as a control group. The masses were observed under the electron microscope and counted and measured for quantity and size of air bubble. The data of two groups were analyzed statistically by SPSS 22.0. Result The quantity(4.79±1.42) and size [(13.36±1.59)μm] of air bubble in test group was significantly less in control group[(31.5±6.8) and size(205.0±9.7) μm](P<0.05). Conclusion The mixing quality of alginate impression materials from machine was better than manual.
