摘要
居民出行方式与土地使用特征的相互关系是国内外研究的前沿问题之一。城市建成区面临着因居民出行方式与土地使用特征不匹配而导致的严重交通供需矛盾问题,低碳出行与土地集约使用的相互关系研究对解决该问题具有重要作用。文章主要从研究要素、研究视角和研究方法三个方面出发,对国内外有关居民出行方式与土地使用特征相互关系的研究进行深入梳理,明确各种方法的优势和不足,进而总结归纳出其总体研究趋势和存在问题,并指出研究需要进一步关注的内容,以期为今后建成区的土地集约使用研究提供新的视角。
        The correlation between residents' travel mode and land use characteristics has always been a frontier issue of foreign research. The built-up area is faced with the dilemma between traffic supply and demand caused by the mismatch between residents' travel mode and land use characteristics. The research on the correlation between low-carbon travel and intensive land use has made an important contribution to eliminate the dilemma. From the three aspects of research elements, research perspective and research method, this paper thoroughly reviews the domestic and foreign research on the correlation. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods are identified to summarize the general research trend and the existing problems. The research aims to provide a new perspective for the study of intensive land use in built-up areas.
