妥布霉素滴眼液治疗新生儿细菌性结膜炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察并评价妥布霉素滴眼液对新生儿细菌性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法应用妥布霉素滴眼液治疗47例细菌性结膜炎,治疗前后对眼分泌物培养,并观察患眼分泌物消失时间及结膜充血消失时间。结果妥布霉素滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎第1、2周末有效率分别达82. 98%、95. 74%,眼分泌物平均消失时间为(3. 09±0. 95) d,结膜充血消失时间为(5. 11±2. 06) d。结论该药是治疗新生儿细菌性结膜炎的有效局部抗菌眼药之一,且对于第1周末尚未痊愈的患儿继续应用可能进一步提高疗效,但第11天尚未见效的患儿需考虑调整治疗方案。
Objective To observe and assess the clinical efficacy of tobramycin sulfate eye drops in treating neonatal conjunctivitis. Methods Tobramycin sulfate eye drops were administrated in 48 cases of bacterial conjunctivitis,and the ocular discharge of each patient was collected before and after treatment of cultiviation. The disapperarance of ocular discharge and conjunctival congestion was recorded throught close observation on the patients. Results The response rates( RRs) by the end of the first and the second week are 82. 98% and 95. 74%,respectively. On average,it takes 3. 09 ±0. 95 days for ocular discharge and 5. 11 ± 2. 06 days for conjunctival congestion to disappear. Conclusions Tobramycin sulfate eye drops can be regarded as a topical antibacterial therapy for neonatal conjunctivitis treatment. In case of partial response after a week of medication,continuous treatment is expected to produce the stronger curative effect. Yet,if it has not been particularly effective after 11 days,the treatment plan should be adjusted as appropriate.
