摘要
目的:观察溃结安康汤对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法:48只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、溃结安康汤组、柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组。造模并治疗21d后,进行疾病活动指数(DAI)评分,观察结肠HE染色病理涂片,髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平,以及肠三叶因子(ITF)mRNA表达。结果:与模型组相比,溃结安康汤组DAI评分显著降低(P<0.01),结肠HE染色病理示炎症细胞明显减少,MPO水平显著降低(P<0.01),ITF mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:溃结安康汤可以显著改善UC大鼠症状、病理形态,通过降低MPO水平,上调ITF mRNA表达,从而达到抑制炎症的效果。
        Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Kuijie Ankang Decoction on ulcerative colitis(UC) in rats and explore its possible mechanism. Methods: Forty-eight clean SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, model group, Kuijie Ankang Decoction group and SASP group. After 21 days of treatment, disease activity index(DAI) was scored to observe the expression of intestinal trefoil factor(ITF) and myeloperoxidase(MPO) in HE stained pathological smears of colon.Results: Compared with the model group, the DAI score of Kuijie Ankang Decoction group was lower(P<0.01), the inflammatory cells and MPO levels were significantly reduced(P<0.01), and the expression of ITF mRNA was significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion: Kuijie Ankang Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and pathological morphology of UC rats. It can inhibit inflammation by lowering MPO level and increasing ITF gene expression.
