振动法水泥稳定破碎砾石基层及工程应用研究

摘要
采用振动试验方法(VTM)设计水泥稳定破碎砾石(CSG)并进行工程应用。结果表明:破碎砾石的压碎值为10.7%,满足路面基层的使用要求;当水泥剂量为3.5%时,振动法CSG的无侧限抗压强度代表值达到6.9 MPa;比起传统的设计方法,VTM可降低水泥剂量并提高力学强度;工程实践表明,振动法CSG基层的使用效果良好。
        Herein vibration test method(VTM) was used for the design of cement stabilized gravel(CSG),and then its engineering application was studied.The result shows that,the crushing value of the gravel is 10.7 %,meeting the requirement of road basement;when the cement content is 3.5 %,the typical value of unconfined compressive strength of the VTM-CSG reaches 6.9 MPa;compared to the traditional design method,VTM allows to reduce cement content and may enhance mechanical strength.The engineering practice has demonstrated that the VTM-CSG base may give a good use effect.
