ICU护士心理资本与隐性缺勤的相关性研究

摘要
目的了解ICU护士心理资本、隐性缺勤的现状,探讨两者相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取北京市3所三级甲等综合性医院的200名ICU护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、中文版心理资本量表、斯坦福隐性缺勤量表进行问卷调查。结果 ICU护士心理资本总均分为(4.21±0.77)分,隐性缺勤总均分为(16.65±4.69)分;ICU护士心理资本与隐性缺勤呈负相关(r=-0.237,P<0.01);分层回归分析显示,心理资本可独立解释隐性缺勤31.6%的变异。结论 ICU护士心理资本处于中度水平,隐性缺勤现况较为严重,心理资本与隐性缺勤呈一定负相关。建议护理管理者重视ICU护士隐性缺勤,借鉴国内外的管理经验,根据科室具体情况,采取干预措施,提升ICU护士心理资本水平,降低隐性缺勤的发生。
