昆明农村地区女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染调查

摘要
目的了解昆明市9县区农村地区女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状。方法采集昆明市9个县区27207例农村女性宫颈脱落细胞,用恒温扩增-荧光法对宫颈脱落细胞进行HPV-DNA扩增,并对结果进行分析。结果西山区筛查1808例,阳性137例,阳性率7. 58%;官渡区筛查3027例,阳性231例,阳性率7. 63%;东川区筛查1564例,阳性133例,阳性率8. 50%;晋宁县筛查4046例,阳性236例,阳性率5. 83%;富民县筛查2001例,阳性137例,阳性率6. 84%;宜良县筛查4862例,阳性320例,阳性率6. 58%;禄劝县筛查4641例,阳性468例,阳性率10. 08%;石林县筛查3254例,阳性172例,阳性率5. 29%;寻甸县筛查2004例,阳性133例,阳性率6. 64%。结论昆明农村地区高危型HPV感染率在5. 29%～10. 08%之间,平均感染率为7. 23%。不同县区高危型HPV感染率及高危HPV13种型、16型、18型等三类HPV感染无统计学差异。
Objective To study the status of human papilloma virus( HPV) infection in rural areas in 9 counties of Kunming. Methods 27207 cases of female cervix cells were collected in 9 counties of Kunming,and the HPV-DNA amplification was carried out by using thermostatic amplification and fluorescence method. Results There were 1808 cases in Xishan,137 positive cases,the positive rate was 7. 58%. There were 3027 cases in Guandu,231 positive cases,the positive rate was 7. 63%.There were 1564 cases in Dongchuan,133 positive cases,the positive rate was 8. 50%. In Jinning,there were 4046 cases,236 positive cases,the positive rate was 5. 83%. There were 2001 cases in Fumin,137 positive cases,the positive rate was 6. 84%. In Yiliang,4862 cases were screened,320 cases were positive,the positive rate was 6. 58%. Luquan screening 4641 cases,positive468 cases,the positive rate was 10. 08%,There were 3254 cases in Shilin,and 172 cases were positive,with a positive rate of5. 29%. In Xundian,2004 cases were screened,there were 133 cases with positive,and the positive rate was 6. 64%. Conclusion The incidence of HPV infection in rural areas of Kunming is between 5. 29% and 10. 08%,with an average infection rate of7. 23%. There were no statistically significant differences in HPV infection and HPV 13 other types,16 and 18 types of HPV infection in different counties.
