狂犬病人免疫球蛋白对伤口愈合的影响及对策研究

摘要
目的:探索狂犬病人免疫球蛋白对伤口愈合的影响及对策研究。方法:将90例狂犬病Ⅲ级暴露的患者作为研究对象,排除已收入院的患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组A(拒绝注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白)、对照组B(注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白患者,常规处理)和试验组(注射狂犬病人蛋白患者,实行干预),每组患者各30例。对比治疗后患者伤口的感染率、结痂及愈合时间。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的感染率显著低于对照组A及对照组B,观察组患者的结痂时间和愈合时间均短于对照组A及对照组B,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对于狂犬病Ⅲ级暴露的患者,注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白才能更有效预防狂犬病,注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白会延缓伤口愈合,但是通过干预,伤口愈合加快,可有效改善生活质量,有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of immunoglobulin on wound healing in rabies patients and its countermeasures.Method 90 patients with rabies grade Ⅲ exposure admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients admitted to our hospital were excluded. The patients were divided into control group A( refusing to inject rabies patients immunoglobulin), control group B(injecting protein patients, routine treatment), experimental group(Injection of rabies patient protein and intervention). There were 30 patients in each group. The infection rate, scab formation and healing time of wounds were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the infection rate of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in control group A and B. The scab formation time and healing time of patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group A and B, the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Injecting rabies immunoglobulin can effectively prevent rabies in patients exposed to rabies grade Ⅲ. Injecting immunoglobulin can delay wound healing,but through intervention,wound healing can be accelerated,which can effectively improve the quality of life and has high clinical application value.
