摘要

目的分析同时总结湿疹与特应性皮炎皮损部位细菌定植情况和药物联合治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果。方法对于本院在过去2年之内所收治的湿疹与特应性皮炎病人资料1000例施行分析,给予研究组病人糖皮质激素联合他克莫司软膏治疗,对比两组病人治疗之后的临床治疗效果和金葡菌检出情况。结果两组病人接受治疗1个月之后的临床治疗有效率对比具备统计学意义。结论选取糖皮质激素联合他克莫司软膏治疗,能够显著改善病人的皮损情况和预后效果,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
        Objective to analyze and summarize the bacterial colonization of the skin lesions of eczema and atopic dermatitis, the specific treatment methods and therapeutic effects of drug combination. Methods in our hospital in the last two years of eczema and atopic dermatitis patients treated by data of 1000 cases analysis, giving the control group patients with glucocorticoid treatment, giving the team a patient glucocorticoid combined therapy with tacrolimus ointment, compared two groups of patients after treatment of clinical treatment effect and saureus bacteria detection. Results the effective rate of clinical treatment was statistically significant after 1 month of treatment. Conclusion Selection in clinical glucocorticoid combined therapy with tacrolimus ointment, can significantly improve the patient's skin condition and prognosis effect, should be given to the popularization and application.
