需求视角下地方高校学报的供给侧改革

摘要
大数据和"互联网"背景下,读者获取科技信息的渠道、读者阅读和交流的方式发生了巨大的变化.需求端的迅猛变化意味着地方高校学报供给侧改革势在必行.地方高校学报供给侧改革的着力点是提升办刊质量和有效供给.地方高校学报要树立以人为本的理念,多媒体融合办刊;要依托高校学科优势,特色化办刊;要服务地方经济和文化发展,效益化办刊;要提升编辑素质,创新化办刊.
Under the background of big data and "Internet +",the channels for readers to obtain scientific and technological information,the ways for readers to read and communicate,the emphasis on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,and the contents of scientific and technological information demands by local economic development have undergone tremendous changes,and the advantages of academic value of local university journals no longer exist.The rapid change of demand means the reform of supply side of local university journals is imperative.The key point of the supply-side reform of local university journals is to improve the quality and effective supply of journal.The local college journal should face the readers and run the journal digitally.We should rely on colleges and universities to run a special magazine.We should serve the localand make our magazine profitable,improve the quality of editors and innovate the journal.
