心理治疗对青少年行为障碍的治疗效果研究

摘要
目的探讨心理治疗对青少年行为障碍的治疗效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年2月收集的78例行为障碍青少年为研究对象,运用随机数字表法进行分组,每组39例。对照组为空白对照,不给予任何干预措施和方案,观察组实施心理治疗,对两组的干预效果进行对比分析。结果经干预后,观察组患者CBCL评分明显优于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的SAS(焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)较干预前明显改善,且与对照组相比,优势更为显著,差异有统计学意义;观察组的家属满意度为97.44%,对照组的家属满意度为84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对有行为障碍的青少年进行心理干预治疗,更有利于及时纠正青少年的不良行为,提高其人际交往能力和认知行为能力,使其保持青少年应有的精神状态和精神面貌。同时,通过实施心理治疗,可以缓解青少年在行为障碍中伴有的情绪障碍,使其焦虑、恐惧等负面情绪得到改善,更有利于青少年与家长之间的健康有效沟通,家属的满意度更高。因此,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of psychotherapy on adolescent behavior disorder. Methods 78 adolescents with behavioral disorders collected from June 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the main subjects,and were grouped by digital random expression method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was a blank control, no intervention measures and programs were given, and the observation group was given psychotherapy. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the intervention, the CBCL score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group before the intervention, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before intervention, and the advantages were more significant than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences. The family satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%, and that of the control group was 84.62%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention treatment for adolescents with behavioral disorders is more conducive to timely correction of adolescents' bad behaviors, improvement of their interpersonal skills and cognitive and behavioral abilities, and maintenance of their mental state and mental outlook. At the same time,through the implementation of psychological treatment, it can alleviate the emotional disorder accompanied by the behavior disorder of teenagers, so that their negative emotions such as anxiety and fear can be improved, which is more conducive to the healthy and effective communication between teenagers and their parents, and the satisfaction of their families is higher. Therefore, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
