摘要

地方本科高校向应用型大学转型发展是适应我国经济发展和产业结构优化的必然选择。因此,选择转型发展的地方本科高校在人才培养模式上必须将地方经济发展与高校的校情结合起来,优化学科专业、细化人才培养目标,量化人才培养考核依据,强化师资队伍建设,逐步建立起具有高效自身特色的人才培养模式,才能做到成功转型。
        The transformation development of local undergraduate colleges and universities towards to the mode of cultivation of applied talents is an inevitable choice for China's economic development and the optimization of industrial structure. Therefore, colleges and universities intend to cultivate applied talents successfully should consider carefully on how to combine the need of market economy with their current situation. They should optimize their disciplines and majors, refine their objectives of talents training, quantize their evaluating index systems and strengthen the construction of teaching staff in order to establish the mode of applied talents cultivation with characteristics.
