绿色矿山文化建设模式的分析

摘要
企业文化建设是绿色矿山建设的重要内容,随着我国绿色矿山建设事业的不断推进,在绿色矿山建设的实践中,一些优秀的矿业企业以自身原有的企业文化为依托,不断开拓创新,逐步打造出一批时代特色鲜明、精神内涵丰富的企业文化形态——绿色矿山文化。本文对绿色矿山文化的时代背景、基本内涵进行深入阐述,总结了多个绿色矿山文化模式案例并对其进行分析。在此基础上,提出了有针对性和操作性的绿色矿山文化建设的路径。
Enterprise culture construction is an important content of the green mining construction,with the advancement of China's green mining campaign,some excellent mining enterprises,which is based on their original corporate culture,constantly blaze new trails,gradually create a batch of new enterprise cultures:green mining culture.In this paper,the historical background and basic connotation of green mining culture are expounded in depth,and a number of cases of green mining culture mode are summarized and analyzed.On this basis,the author puts forward some targeted and operational green mining culture construction paths.
