手足口病采用重组人干扰素α1b治疗的观察

摘要
目的探讨手足口病采用重组人干扰素α1b治疗的效果。方法选取2017年2月～2018年11月本院收治小儿手足口病患儿80例。按照随机方法分为单一治疗组及联用治疗组,各40例。单一治疗组采取常规药物热毒宁、利巴韦林抗病毒以及抗感染治疗,联用治疗组采取常规药物联合重组人干扰素α1b治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;发热症状消失时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、手足皮疹消失时间、进食功能改善时间;治疗前后患儿疾病症状积分、体温监测值;副作用。结果联用治疗组疾病疗效、发热症状消失时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、手足皮疹消失时间、进食功能改善时间、疾病症状积分、体温监测值相比较单一治疗组更好(P<0.05);两组副作用相似(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α1b可有效改善患儿的病情,加速症状消失,缩短治疗的时间,改善患儿的预后,且未增加不良反应,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon α1 b in hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods 80 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2018.According to the random method,they were divided into single treatment group and combined treatment group,40 cases each.The single treatment group was treated with conventional drugs Reduning,ribavirin and anti-virus,and the combined treatment group was treated with conventional drugs and recombinant human interferon α1 b.The curative effect,fever symptom disappearance time,oral herpes disappearance time,hand and foot rash disappearance time,eating function improvement time,disease symptom score,temperature monitoring value and side effects before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the single treatment group,the combined treatment group had better disease efficacy,fever symptoms disappearance time,oral herpes disappearance time,hand and foot rash disappearance time,eating function improvement time,disease symptom score and temperature monitoring value(P<0.05).The side effects of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α1 b can effectively improve the condition of children,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,shorten the treatment time,improve the prognosis of children,without increasing adverse reactions,and has high safety.
