四川省秦巴山区农村妇女健康需求及生殖健康认知情况调查

摘要
目的了解秦巴山区农村女性健康需求及生殖健康认知情况,为更好地开展基层生殖健康服务提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取107名秦巴山区农村女性,采用自行设计的问卷进行"一对一"调查。结果调查对象对健康知识需求较高的是疾病预防知识、合理膳食和药物应用,只有29.0%的调查对象选择了生殖健康知识;了解一些和完全不了解生殖健康知识人群占76.6%;40%以上的调查对象不知道男方的生殖系统卫生,月经期进行性生活和多次人工流产等会影响女性生殖系统健康。结论建议相关部门和基层医疗机构应加强农村女性生殖健康教育和服务水平,提高女性的生殖健康水平。
OBJECTIVE To understand the rural female health demand and cognition of reproductive health in the Qinba Mountains and provide scientific basis for better grassroots reproductive health services. METHODS A total of 107 rural women in Qinba Mountain Area were sampled by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. One-on-one surveys were conducted using self-designed questionnaires.RESULTS The respondents who needed high health knowledge were of the disease prevention knowledge,reasonable diet and drug application. Only 29.0% of the respondents chose reproductive health knowledge,and some had no knowledge of reproduction health knowledge population accounted for 76.6%;more than 40% of the respondents did not know the male reproductive system health,menstrual period sex life,repeated abortion would affect the female reproductive health. CONCLUSION Relevant departments and grassroots medical institutions should strengthen rural women's reproductive health education and service level,and raise women's reproductive health level.
