摘要
对倒角几何特征在UG数控编程中涉及的常规倒角刀具、自定义刀具,从创建到使用进行了归纳,对倒角几何特征涉及的面铣、平面铣、固定轮廓铣操作参数设置进行了详细剖析。固定轮廓铣边界驱动可作为平面/空间棱边倒角加工的首选方案,并通过一个空间倒角案例展示了固定轮廓铣边界驱动操作在倒角编程中的通用与高效性。
This paper summarizes the creation and use of conventional chamfering tools and custom tools involved in chamfering geometry in UG NC programming. The surface milling, face milling, and fixed contour milling operation parameters involved in the chamfering geometry are detailed. Fixed contour milling boundary drive can be used as the preferred solution for planar/space edge chamfering machining, and the generality and efficiency of fixed contour milling boundary drive operation in chamfering programming is demonstrated by a space chamfering case.
