摘要
通过加工实例介绍一种数控车削异形件组合软爪。软爪本体与数控车床液压卡盘主爪联接,利用液压卡盘主爪向心水平运动,实现工件自定心、快速夹紧和松开;调整数控车床液压站压力,使夹紧力调整方便、快捷。该组合软爪为"C"型结构,避开异形件外部结构与夹具体之间的干涉。工作软爪分离式结构设计,能快速拆卸,重复安装、使用。
This paper introduces a combination of soft claws for CNC turning of special-shaped parts through the processing example. The soft claw is connected with the main jaw of the hydraulic chuck of CNC lathe, and the horizontal movement of the main claw of the hydraulic chuck is used to achieve self-centering and rapid clamping of the workpiece. By adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic station of the CNC lathe, the clamping force can be adjusted easily and quickly. The combined soft claw is a C-shaped structure that avoids interference between the special-shaped parts structure and the fixture. The separate structure design of the working soft claw can be quickly disassembled, repeatedly installed and used.
