摘要
根据国土局有关规定,在工作面回采前必须把地面对应受影响的房屋进行搬迁,否则工作面不准进行回采。根据此原则高山煤矿在1903工作面回采前,设计停采线位置确定地面搬迁范围。该矿本着1903工作面回采对地面建筑物影响最小,同时回采煤量最大化的原则确定停采线方案,为该矿以后工作面停采线设计提供了可靠的保证。
        According to the relevant regulations of the state land administration of China,the ground must be moved to the affected houses before the mining of the working face,otherwise the mining of the working face is not allowed.According to this principle,before the mining of the 1903 working face of Gaoshan Coal Mine,the location of the stoppage line is designed to determine the extent of ground removal.In accordance with the minimum effect of mining on the ground building in the 1903 working face.Based on the principle of minimum influence of 1903 face stoping on ground buildings and maximum coal recovery,the stop-mining line scheme is determined,which provides a reliable guarantee for the design of the stoping line of the mine.
