摘要
近年来,基因多态性技术在疾病个体化治疗中的应用普遍,人类白细胞抗原(HLA)基因多态性标志物的筛选是目前溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的研究热点之一,通过分析目前UC的针刺和中药诊疗规范化方案以及HLA基因多态性及针刺在该方向的研究成果,在目前形成的UC规范化诊疗方案基础上,评估和筛选HLA基因多态性标志物在UC针刺个体化治疗中的重要性,为进一步个体化治疗方案的建立提供理论和科学依据。
        In recent years, gene polymorphism technology has been widely used in individualized treatment of diseases. Screening of human leukocyte antigen(HLA) gene polymorphism markers is one of the research hotspots in ulcerative colitis. By analyzing the current standardized scheme of diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) by acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as HLA gene polymorphism and acupuncture research in this direction. Based on the current standardized diagnosis and treatment program for UC, the importance of HLA gene polymorphism markers in individualized acupuncture treatment for UC was evaluated and screened, which provided theoretical and scientific basis for further individualized treatment.
