摘要
监测评估机制是确保21世纪美军外语战略顺利实施的有效机制,国会监测评估机制在美军外语战略实施中发挥了重要作用。本文在分析议会军事调查委员会对美军外语转型初期调研形成的监测评估报告的基础上,探讨国会监测评估机制对外语转型产生的调试整改作用。
