        According to the characteristics of hole detection in the flow passage of aero-engine in scientific research, combined with the existing problems in the practical work, this paper introduces the ideas and measures of enterprise management of hole detection personnel, equipment,methods, risks, etc.,so as to ensure the quality of engine hole detection.
