摘要
目的:对儿科药物不良反应(ADR)进行监测,并对其采取合理用药干预。方法:收治患儿126例,回顾性分析临床一般资料,总结ADR好发的年龄阶段及涉及药物种类,给予合理用药干预。结果:发生ADR的患儿在4~7岁(45.24%)显著高于其他年龄阶段患儿;ADR累及的主要区域为皮肤组织(86.51%),其次为消化系统(5.56%)及神经系统(3.97%);ADR涉及的药物种类中,抗菌药物占75.39%(95/126),显著高于中成药的17.46%(22/126),抗菌药物中注射用头孢西丁钠引起不良反应占34.92%,显著高于其他注射剂。结论:4~7岁的儿童是ADR的多发年龄阶段,注射性抗菌药物是引发ADR的主要药物种类,临床上应采取合理用药干预。
        Objective:To monitor the adverse reactions of pediatric drugs and to take rational drug intervention.Methods:126 children in department of pediatrics were selected,the clinical general data were retrospectively analyzed.The age stages and the drugs types easy to lead ADR were summarized,rational drug intervention was given.Results:The proportion of children with ADR between 4 and 7 years old was 45.24%,significantly higher than that of other age groups.The main area with ADR was in skin tissue,accounting for 86.51%,followed by digestive system(5.56%)and the nervous system(3.97%).Among the antibiotics and drugs types with ADR,antibiotics accounted for 75.39%(95/126),significantly higher than Chinese patent medicine(17.46%)(22/126),among the antibiotics,the adverse reactions proportion caused by cefoxitin sodium for injection accounted for 34.92%,significantly higher than other injections.Conclusion:The age of 4 to 7 for children are multiple age stages for drug ADR.Injectable antibacterial drugs are the main drug types that cause drug ADR,reasonable drug intervention should be taken clinically.
