摘要

在党的十八大之后,我国逐步深层次推进"从严治党"基本方针。为此,党员干部应该沿着获国家的发展路线,开展工作活动。对于高职来,基层党支部有必要在党员教育管理中发挥主体作用,提高党员的思想境界。本文重点分析了基层党组织在党员教育管理中发挥主体作用的重要性,探讨了当前高职党员教育管理中的主要问题,提出了发挥基层党组织在党员教育管理监督中的主体作用的方法。
        After the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China, China has gradually promoted the basic policy of "strict party governance". For this, party member cadre should get the development line of the country, begin working activity. For higher vocational colleges, it is necessary for grassroots party branches to play an important role in the education and management of party members and improve their ideological state. This paper analyzes the importance of primary party organizations in the education and management of party members, discusses the main problems in the current higher vocational education and management of party members, and puts forward the methods to play the primary role of primary party organizations in the education, management and supervision of party members.
