摘要
在高铁轴承钢的冶炼和生产制造过程中,总是不可避免地带有非金属夹杂物,这些非金属夹杂物的存在会破坏金属基体的连续性,严重影响高铁轴承的疲劳寿命。本文通过求出在径向力和轴向力作用下高铁轴承的接触载荷分布,考虑受力最大的滚子与轴承套圈接触时,轴承外圈滚道所包含的夹杂物,采用疲劳寿命基础理论,利用局部应力-应变的方法,分析了夹杂物的位置、大小和数量对轴承疲劳寿命的影响,建立了高铁轴承钢中非金属夹杂物对轴承接触疲劳寿命影响的定量关系。
        In the smelting and manufacturing process of high-speed railway bearing steel,non-metallic inclusions are always inevitable. The presence of these non-metallic inclusions will destroy the continuity of the metal matrix and seriously affect the fatigue life of high-speed railway bearings. This paper solved the contact load distribution of high-speed railway bearing under the action of radial and axial forces,and the inclusions contained in outer ring raceway of the bearing were considered when the roller with the largest force was in contact with the bearing rings. Based on the basic theory of fatigue life,the local stress-strain method was used to analyze the influence of the depth,size and quantity of inclusions on the bearing fatigue life. The quantitative relationship between the effect of non-metallic inclusions in high-speed railway bearing steel on the contact fatigue life of the bearing was established.
