摘要
目的观察脾气虚型兔孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)自动复位后视网膜电图的变化,评价脾气虚证对RRD复位后视网膜功能恢复的影响。方法 21只健康成年新西兰灰兔随机分为空白对照组(A组)、RRD自动复位组(B组)、脾气虚型RRD自动复位组(C组),采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法建立脾气虚证动物模型,在显微镜下行视网膜下注射透明质酸钠术建立视网膜脱离自动复位动物模型,分别于模型制备后10 d、20 d、30 d行视网膜电图(ERG)检查并进行分析比较。结果观察期间,C组兔脾气虚证持续存在,视网膜下注射透明质酸钠术后5~9 d,B组及C组视网膜自动复位。与A组比较,C组术后暗视ERG b波潜伏期及振幅,a波潜伏期,∑OPs振幅等检测值均有显著差异,表现为潜伏期延长及振幅降低,在术后30 d,B组与A组以上各值已无统计学差异,C组仍与A组比较有统计学差异。结论脾气虚证这一病理状态对RRD复位后Müller细胞和双极细胞、无长突细胞的功能恢复产生更为显著的不良影响,而且涉及视锥细胞和视杆细胞。
        [Abstraction] OBJECTIVE To explore functional electroretinogram(ERG) changes following experimental retinal reattachment in a spleen-qi deficiency rabbit model. METHODS 21 pigment rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group(group A), retinal automatically reattachment group(group B), and retinal automatically reattachment with spleen-qi deficiency syndrome group(group C). The models of spleen-qi deficiency were induced by exhausting and breaking the spleen-qi as well as irregular feed. The retinal automatically reattachment models were prepared by injecting sodium halyuronate(Helen) into subretinal spaces. Electroretinograms(ERGs)were recorded at the beginning of the study and 10 d, 20 d, and 30 d after modeling respectively.RESULTS The syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency presented persistently in group C during the whole observation. Retinal reattachment occurred from the 5 th day to the 9 th day after remodeling.Compared with group B, the amplitude of rod response, single flash response, 30 Hz flicker response,∑Ops of scotopic vision decreased obviously and the latency of rod response delayed obviously(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The results suggested that the pathology of spleen qi syndromebrought an adverse effect to the functional recovery of Müller cells, bipolar cells and amacrine cells following retinal reattachment, moreover it also involved both cone cells and rod cells.
