六通管脱螺纹抽芯复合机构及其注塑模设计

摘要
针对塑料产品上螺纹孔位螺纹及芯部需同时抽芯脱模的要求,设计了一种一次内螺纹脱模、两次型芯脱模的六通管脱螺纹抽芯复合机构及其热流道注塑模具。脱螺纹抽芯复合机构基本组成包括油缸驱动的滑动抽芯组件、内螺纹脱螺纹组件、电机驱动组件。该基本组成构件能同时实现产品的管口脱螺纹与芯部抽芯脱模功能;在该机构基本组成构件的基础上,设计了齿轮齿条螺纹型芯转动止位定位机构,以及多螺纹抽芯复合机构,机构与模具结构设计新颖,结构合理,用简单的机构实现了产品的自动化模塑生产。
        Aiming at the requirement of thread demoulding and core pulling in plastic products at the same time,an internal thread demoulding and core pulling composite mechanism and its hot runner injection mold were designed. The demoulding actions of the composite mechanism include single internal thread demoulding and twice core demoulding. The basic compositions of the thread demoulding composite mechanism include oil cylinder driving sliding core pulling component,internal screw thread demoulding component,motor driving component. The basic compositions of the composite mechanism can realize the demoulding functions of the thread at pipe outlet and core pulling of the inner core. On the basis of the basic components of the mechanism,a positioning mechanism is designed to realize the stopping rotation of the gear thread core,and a composite mechanism with multi thread-demoulding is given. The designs of composite mechanism and the mold structure are innovative,the structure is reasonable,and the automatic molding production of the product is realized through simple structure design.
