均布荷载下废弃纤维再生混凝土板受力性能

摘要
为了研究废弃纤维再生混凝土板的受力性能,制作了设计变量为再生骨料取代率和废弃纤维体积掺入量的5块板试件,模拟均布荷载进行了堆载试验。对废弃纤维再生混凝土板的受力过程进行了破坏形貌观测、钢筋应变和板跨中挠度变化等问题的对比分析。试验结果显示,再生粗骨料的加入降低了板试件的承载能力,但是加入废弃纤维可以有效地提高再生混凝土板的承载能力,最优废弃纤维体积掺入量为0. 12%。基于Bailey模型提出了废弃纤维再生混凝土板承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
        In order to study the mechanical properties of waste fiber recycled concrete slab,5 pieces of slab specimens were made. The design variables were the replacement ratio of recycled aggregates and the volume of waste fibers. The load tests were carried out by simulated uniform load. The failure process and the strain and deflection of the waste fiber recycled concrete slabs were observed. The test results show that the loading capacity of the specimen is reduced by the addition of recycled coarse aggregates,but it can be improved effectively by adding waste fibers,and the volume of the optimal waste fibers is 0. 12%. A formula for calculating the bearing capacity of waste fiber recycled concrete slabs was put forward. The calculation results coincide well with the test results.
