摘要
目的分析本中心磁共振兼容起搏器的临床应用情况和磁共振检查的安全性。方法对2016年11月至2018年10月在贵州省人民医院心内科植入磁共振兼容起搏器的83例患者进行随访,观察磁共振检查对磁共振兼容起搏器参数的影响。结果其中有1例患者因病情需要进行了磁共振检查,检查部位为颈椎及腰椎,检查过程中无不良事件发生,检查前后起搏参数无显著变化。结论磁共振兼容起搏器可安全地完成MRI检查。
        Objective To analyze the clinical application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) compatible pacemarker and the safety of MRI on the pacemarker from our center. Methods Eighty three patients with MRI compatible pacemakers implanted in our hospital were followed up from November in 2016 to October in 2018. The patients were observed the changes of MRI compatible pacemarker after MRI. Results One of the patients underwent MRI because of the need of the disease. The site of the examination was cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebrae. No adverse events occurred during the examination, and there was no significant change in pacing parameters before and after the examination. Conclusion MRI is safe for the patients with MRI compatible pacemarker according to our center's experience.
