社会工作介入流动儿童学校性教育初探——以山西铸仁社会工作服务中心“花蕾课堂”项目为例

摘要
流动儿童性教育形势严峻,面对如此庞大的流动儿童群体,运用社会工作传统的个案、小组、社区难以有效解决这一问题。本文主要探究社会工作介入流动儿童学校性教育的有效形式,并针对社会工作的介入困境提出对策:探索"社工+儿童性教育专家"道路,为社会工作者赋能;打造社工、家长互动模式,为家庭性教育增能;结合社工模式,完善教学材料、改进教学方法。
The situation of sex education for migrant children is severe.Faced with such a large group of migrant children,it is difficult to effectively solve this problem by using cases,groups and communities with traditional social work traditions.This paper mainly explores the effective forms of social work involving school children's sex education,and proposes countermeasures for the intervention of social work:First,explore the"social workers+children sex education experts"road,empower social workers;Second,build social workers,parental interaction mode,empowering family education;Third,combining social work models,improving teaching materials and methods.
