摘要
<正>腹腔感染是外科常见的危重症,通常可以分为单纯腹腔感染和复杂腹腔感染两类,一般认为复杂腹腔感染累及多个器官,易造成弥漫性腹膜炎,需要感染源控制联合抗生素治疗,并且预后往往不良~([1])。在腹腔感染中经常发现甲状腺功能的改变,通常表现为T3降低,T4正常或者降低,而TSH正常~([2]),这种非甲状腺疾病引起的甲状腺功能异常的状态被称为非甲状腺病态综合征(NTIS)或正常甲状腺病
