摘要

马钢进行高纯氮气氩气研制开发,根据隔膜压缩机密封性能高、压缩比大、低流量压缩的工作特点,将隔膜压缩机应用于高纯氮气氩气生产中。以马钢高纯氮气氩气研制开发项目为例,分析隔膜压缩机工作机理及工作特点,简述马钢高纯氮气氩气隔膜压缩机选型,阐述隔膜压缩机设备安装调试过程,叙述隔膜压缩机开车操作方法,介绍隔膜压缩机开车及日常维护注意事项。
        Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. develops high-purity nitrogen and argon gas. According to the high sealing performance of diaphragm compressor,large compression ratio and low flow compression,diaphragm compressor is applied to high-purity nitrogen and argon gas production. Taking the high-purity nitrogen and argon gas development project of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. as an example,the working mechanism and working characteristics of diaphragm compressor are analyzed. The selection of high-purity nitrogen argon diaphragm compressor of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. is described,and the installation and commissioning process of diaphragm compressor equipment is described. Diaphragm compressor driving operation method,introduces the considerations for driving and daily maintenance of diaphragm compressor.
