摘要
为克服间壁冷却结晶设备与真空冷却结晶设备存在的缺点,研究开发节能环保型通风冷却结晶塔设备,通风冷却结晶塔使用空气与热溶液直接混和换热实现冷却结晶;它由冷却结晶塔、风机及循环泵组成;冷却结晶塔内设置有除雾器、布液器、填料层,导流锥体与导流筒体;除雾器作用是除去空气夹带的液滴,减少物料损失与保护环境;布液器采用布液效果好且不易堵塞的喷头;填料层作用是提高空气与溶液接触面积,提高冷却效果;经生产应用,通风冷却结晶塔具有冷却结晶效果好、不需耗水耗汽、能耗低、生产能力大、环保无污染、操作简单等特点,推广应用前景广阔。
        In order to overcome the shortcomings of wall cooling crystallizing equipment and vacuum cooling crystallizing equipment,energy-saving and environmental protection ventilation cooling crystallizing tower equipment was researched and developed. Cooling crystallization of ventilation cooling crystallization tower by direct mixing and heat exchange of air and hot solution. The cooling crystallization tower consists of cooling crystallizer,fan and circulation pump. A eliminator,a liquid distributor,a packing layer,a guide cone and a draft tube are arranged in the cooling crystallization tower. The function of demister is to remove liquid droplets entrained by air,reduce material loss and protect environment. The liquid distributor adopts the nozzle with good irrigation effect and is not easy to block; the function of the packing layer is increasing the contact area between the air and the solution and improving the cooling effect; Through production and application,the ventilated cooling crystallizer has the advantages of good cooling crystallization effect,no water and steam consumption,low energy consumption,large production capacity,environmental protection,pollution-free,simple operation and so on. It has broad application prospects.
