摘要
通过Deform-3D模拟软件对冲裁磨损失效过程进行模拟,阐述了单次冲裁过程的冲头(凸模)磨损机理,研究了0.8 mm和1.4 mm两种不同板料(钢板)厚度下冲裁间隙料厚比与凸模磨损之间关系。根据对凸模端面及侧壁磨损深度的结果分析,可选取较合理的冲裁间隙料厚比来降低凸模磨损,并将模拟结果应用于实际产品整改。结果表明:Deform-3D模拟结果与实际结果趋势一致,不同板料厚度下冲裁间隙的合理选择可改善产品的冲孔或修边质量。
        Through failure process simulation of blanking wear by Deform-3D software, the wear mechanism of punch in single blanking process was elaborated. The relationship between blanking clearance to thickness ratio and punch wear of 0.8 mm and 1.4 mm sheet(steel plates) blanking was studied. According to the analysis of the wear depth of the punch face and side wall, a reasonable blanking clearance to thickness ratio was selected to reduce the punch wear, and the simulation results were applied to the actual product rectification. The results show that the simulation results of Deform-3D were consistent with the actual results. The reasonable selection of blanking clearance under different sheet thickness can improve the quality of punching or trimming.
