凉血散瘀汤联合尼莫地平治疗脑出血后缺血性脑损伤的临床效果

摘要
目的分析凉血散瘀汤联合尼莫地平治疗脑出血后缺血性脑损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月我院收治的96例脑出血后缺血性脑损伤患者为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用尼莫地平治疗,观察组采用凉血散瘀汤联合尼莫地平治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、后的神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力和认知功能评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,日常生活活动能力评分和认知功能评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉血散瘀汤联合尼莫地平治疗脑出血后缺血性脑损伤能显著改善患者的神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力和认知功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Liangxue Sanyu decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 96 patients with ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine, and the observation group was treated with Liangxue Sanyu decoction combined with nimodipine. The scores of neurological deficit, activities of daily living and cognitive function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of neurological deficit in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the scores of activities of daily living and cognitive function were significant higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Liangxue Sanyu decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the degree of neurological impairment, daily living activities and cognitive function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
