异丙嗪治疗眩晕的疗效分析

摘要
目的研究分析异丙嗪治疗眩晕的临床疗效及安全性,为眩晕临床治疗研究提供科学数据参考。方法严格按照选择标准筛选病例,抽选256例符合条件的眩晕患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各128例,对照组仅给予常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上采用异丙嗪肌注,治疗4周,比较两组治疗前后眩晕临床症状积分,结合健康调查简表(SF-36)对两组生存质量进行评价。结果治疗后观察组眩晕临床症状积分(3.47±1.50)分明显低于对照组,且SF-36量表各维度得分明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),安全性检测表明两组治疗后实验室指标未见异常改变,表明该药临床应用安全性较高。结论采用异丙嗪治疗可改善患者眩晕症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of promethazine in the treatment of vertigo, and to provide scientific data for the clinical treatment of vertigo. Methods Screening cases were performed according to the selection criteria. 256 eligible patients with vertigo were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 128 cases in each group. The control group only received routine basic treatment. The observation group is used opropyl as the basis. The sputum intramuscular injection was treated for 4 weeks. The clinical symptom scores of vertigo before and after treatment were compared. The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated in combination with the health survey summary(SF-36). Results After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of vertigo in the observation group [(3.47±1.50) points] were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of the SF-36 scales were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Safety test showed no abnormal changes in laboratory indicators after treatment, indicating that the drug is safe for clinical application. Conclusion Promethazine treatment can improve the symptoms of vertigo, reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life, and have high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
