凯格尔球联合电刺激疗法治疗产后性交痛的疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨凯格尔球联合电刺激疗法治疗产后性交痛的效果。方法选择2016年8月至2017年8月湖州市吴兴区人民医院诊治的217例产后性交痛患者为研究对象,将其随机分为联合组(109例)和对照组(108例)。联合组患者接受凯格尔球运动+电刺激治疗,对照组患者接受凯格尔球运动治疗,比较两组患者治疗3个月后盆底肌力、肌电值、性功能等情况。结果两组性交痛患者治疗后盆底肌力均有明显改善(P<0.05),盆底肌电值异常率和性交痛发生率均显著降低(均P<0.05),采用女性性功能指数问卷(FSFI)各维度评分、性生活频率均显著升高(均P<0.05);联合组患者盆底肌力、肌电值、FSFI各维度评分、性生活频率和性交痛发生率改善幅度均大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论凯格尔球联合电刺激疗法治疗产后性交痛效果显著,可以有效改善患者盆底功能和性功能,促进夫妻性生活和谐。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Kegel ball combined with electrical stimulation therapy for postpartum sexual pain. Methods 217 patients with postpartum sexual pain treated in Huzhou Wuxing District People′s Hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the combined group(n=109) and the control group(n=108). The control group was given Kegel ball exercise, and the combined group was given Kegel ball exercise and electrical stimulation treatment. The pelvic floor muscle strength, myoelectric voltage and sexual function were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment. Results The pelvic floor muscle strength was significantly improved after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05) and the abnormal rate of pelvic floor myoelectric voltage and the incidence rate of sexual pain were significantly decreased(all P<0.05). The all dimensions scores of female sexual function index(FSFI) and the frequency of sexual life were significantly increased(all P<0.05). The improvement degrees of pelvic floor muscle strength, myoelectric voltage, FSFI all dimensions scores, sexual life frequency and incidence rate of sexual pain in the combined group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions Kegel ball combined with electrical stimulation therapy is of significant efficacy for postpartum sexual pain, which can effectively improve the pelvic floor function and sexual function, hereby promoting marital harmony.
