技术创新、自主品牌与本土企业出口参与

摘要
推动出口沿着扩展边际增长,是提升我国对外贸易抵御外部风险能力的重要途径。本文利用对江苏省苏州市1408家企业的微观调研数据,使用Probit模型考察了本土企业出口参与的影响要素,研究发现:作为价值链升级的重要内容,技术创新和自主品牌是影响中国本土企业出口参与的重要决定因素。本土企业的技术创新和出口参与之间呈现出一种较为显著且稳定的U型非线性相关关系,技术创新正逐渐成为我国本土企业出口的比较优势。本土企业建立自主品牌,对其出口参与起到显著的促进作用。在使用合适的工具变量控制内生性以后,上述结论依然成立。
With the questionnaires from 1408 local companies,we construct a Probit model to test the effect of the value chain upgrading on local companies' export participation.The empirical results show that:technological innovation and self-owned brand are important determinants that affect the export participation of Chinese local companies.The technological innovation and export participation of local companies show a significant and stable U type nonlinear correlation.The self-owned brand plays a significant role in promoting local companies' export participation.The main results are robust after controlling the endogeneity with instrument variables.
