摘要

针对莱钢烧结生产中混匀料的水分受季节性影响较大的现状,根据混匀料水分状况,合理优化混合机内3个功能区的位置分布,使混匀料和其他矿料充分混匀,烧结矿质量更加稳定,取得了较好的效果。
        In view of the fact that the moisture of the blending material is greatly affected by the seasonality in the sintering production in Laiwu Steel, according to the moisture condition of the blending material, the position distribution of the three functional areas in the mixer is reasonably optimized. So that the blending material and other mineral materials can be fully mixed. The quality of sinter is more stable and good results have been obtained.
