摘要
台阶高度是采场要素中的一个重要参数,台阶高度确定的合理与否,直接影响设备的生产效率和采剥成本。随着矿山规模的增大,昆阳磷矿引进大型穿孔及铲装设备,高台阶采剥工艺将成为昆阳磷矿发展的必然趋势。根据昆阳磷矿5、6采区矿岩性质、爆破方式和穿孔及铲装设备的技术参数,采用计算法和类比法对5、6采区的台阶高度进行选取。得出昆阳磷矿5、6采区的台阶高度为15 m。
        Bench height is one of the most important parameters in key elements of mining areaS,and whether its determination is reasonable or not,directly impacts production efficiency of equipment and stripping cost. With the increase of mining scale and introduction of large-size perforation and shovel loading equipment,the high bench stripping technology will become the inevitable trend of Kunyang Phosphate Mine's development. According to ore properties in V and VI working areas,blasting mode and technical parameters of perforation and shovel loading equipment,selection for bench height of V and VI working areas was carried out by using methods of calculation and analogy in result that bench height of V and VI working areas in Kunyang Phosphate Mine was determined as 15 meter.
