摘要
缓倾斜矿体露天矿开采设计中,在矿体块段资源储量的基础上分配计算露天境界内的台阶矿石量,计算的关键是台阶矿量体积的计算。计算台阶矿量体积的方法较多,该文采用4种方法对缓倾斜矿体的台阶矿量体积进行计算,通过分析比较,确定采用棱台公式(V=1/3[S_上+S_下+(S_上×S_下)~(1/2)]h)计算台阶矿石量体积较为准确合理。实践证明,用此方法计算分配的台阶矿石量便于采矿专业露天采场境界设计及生产进度计划编制,且与实际生产结果偏差不大。
        As for the mining design of gently inclined orebody in open pit,the amount of ore on bench within the open limit is calculated on the basis of the resource reserve in the block of the orebody.The key to this calculation is to work out the volume of ore on bench.Various methods can be used to calculate the volume of ore on bench and 4 methods were adopted in this paper.After comparing and analyzing the results of the 4 methods,the formula for frustum of a pyramid,i.e.V =1/3[S_1 + S_2 +(S_1×S_2)~(1/2)]h,was determined as a more reasonable method to calculate the volume of ore on bench.It has been proved that this method facilitates the limit design in open pit and the production schedule planning,and the calculation results show little deviation from the actual production.
