针灸调控肠道菌群的研究进展与思考

摘要
肠道菌群作为人体庞大的微生态系统,与许多疾病的发生发展密切相关。针灸是治疗疾病的重要方法之一,对肠道菌群的调节作用也越来越受到关注。临床及动物实验都已证实针灸治疗可以调节肠道菌群趋于平衡。该文整理了近年来肠道菌群研究方法的发展、针灸对胃肠道疾病和代谢性疾病的肠道菌群调控作用,并对针灸干预肠道菌群研究中的问题和发展方向进行了一定的展望。
As a huge micro-ecological system of the human body,intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. Acupuncture and moxibustion are important methods to treat diseases,and their regulation of intestinal flora has attracted more and more attention. Clinical and animal experiments have confirmed that acupuncture treatment can regulate the intestinal flora to become balanced. This paper compiled the development of research methods on intestinal flora in recent years as well as the influence of acupuncture on gastrointestinal diseases and metabolic diseases,and looked ahead to the problems and development direction of the research of acupuncture intervention in intestinal flora.
