摘要
对TA2管道采用全位置自动等离子弧焊接方法进行不留间隙、无填丝的I型坡口对接试验,对不同焊接位置的焊接接头进行组织观察和硬度检测分析。结果表明,在本文的工艺条件下可以实现单面焊双面成形,得到成形良好的焊接接头;从母材至焊缝,晶粒由等轴晶过渡到不规则的中等大小晶粒,最终向无规则的锯齿状α晶转变;任何位置焊缝的组织均为α-Ti,未发现偏析与成分聚集,无夹杂物、裂纹等缺陷;不同位置的硬度基本一致。
        The I type butt welding test of TA2 pipeline without clearance and no wire filling was carried out by using all-position automatic plasma arc welding method, and the microstructure of the welded joint at different welding positions were obversed and the hardness was tested. The results show that under the conditions of this paper, one side welding and double-side forming can be realized, and good welded joint can be obtained. From the base material to the weld, the grain transits from the equiaxed grain to the irregular medium size grain, eventually turns to the irregular serrated α crystal. The microstructure of the weld in any position is α-Ti. No segregation and component aggregation, no inclusions, cracks and other defects are found. The hardness of different positions is basically the same.
