孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘的有效性及预后分析

摘要
目的探究孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘的有效性及预后。方法回顾分析本院儿科2015年9月至2016年9月期间收治的小儿哮喘患儿98例,随机分为观察、对照两组。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合孟鲁司特钠,观察对比两组有效性及预后。结果观察组起效例数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率、疾病复发率均为2.04%,低于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,还可降低药物不良反应及疾病复发率,药用价值较好。
Objective To explore the efficacy and prognosis of montelukast sodium in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods A total of98 children with asthma in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group was combined with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group. Results The number of effective cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions and relapse rate in the observation group were 2.04%, lower than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium is effective in treating asthma in children, it can also reduce adverse drug reactions and relapse rate, and has good medicinal value.
