摘要
<正>近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,动物性食品在满足人类需求的同时,也面临着诸多问题和挑战,其中兽药残留问题尤为突出,为保障畜产品的高品质,需对食品卫生安全提出更高的要求。畜牧养殖业是畜产品的主要供给部门,尤其需要加强对其兽药的使用和残留监控。其中青霉素类药物常被用于防治动物性疾病,企业为获取高额利润,使用较多,滥用现象普遍,所以在动物性食品中的兽药残留现象也日趋严重~([1])。青霉素类药物既属于广谱类抗生素,也属于窄谱类抗生素,主要用于治疗由病原体微
