红花黄色素注射液治疗早期高血压肾病的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察红花黄色素注射液治疗早期高血压肾病的临床疗效。方法:随机选取某院2016年10月～2017年10月收治的66例早期高血压肾病患者为本次实验研究对象,按照是否给予红花黄色素注射液将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组33例患者给予常规降压以及对症治疗,实验组33例患者在对照组临床治疗基础上给予红花黄色素注射液治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗后血压、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、胱抑素C(CysC)等明显优于对照组,两组患者各项数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于早期高血压肾病在常规降压以及对症治疗的基础上给予红花黄色素注射液可有效改善患者各项指标。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of safflower yellow injection in the treatment of earlyhypertensive nephropathy.Methods:66 cases of early hypertensive nephropathy patients admitted in a hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study object and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to whether given safflower yellow injection.33 cases of control group were given routine antihypertensive and symptomatic treatment,33 patients in the experimental group were treated with safflower yellow injection on the basis of clinical treatment in the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Blood pressure,serum creatinine,24 hour urine protein and cystatin C(CysC)in the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine hypotension and symptomatic treatment using safflower yellow injection in early hypertensive nephropathy can effectively improve the index of the patients.
