病案复印网络服务的设计与应用

摘要
为改善传统病案复印模式的各种弊端,某医院开发了病案复印网络服务的新模式。项目的流程设计包括三个方面:申请人网上提交申请,工作人员审核办理以及全流程的监控与管理。申请人通过网络即可完成证件资料上传,复印内容、获取方式的填写并缴费;医院工作人员线上完成审核并复印病案,复印资料可通过窗口自取或快递两种方式获取;管理人员实时监管确保病案复印服务质量。该项目在提升患者复印体验满意度的同时,解决了医院病案管理的困境。医院应当始终以患者需求为导向,持续完善病案复印的业务流程,通过提高病案书写质量、加强信息安全管理、减短等待周期等措施,持续提升病案管理水平,积极打造面向未来的"互联网+智慧医院"。
In order to improve the disadvantages of traditional medical record copying mode, a new mode of online service for medical record copying was developed in a hospital. The process design of the project mainly includes three aspects: the applicant submits the application online, the staff background examination and handling, and the monitoring and management. Applicants can upload photos of certificates, fill out information and pay fees through the Internet. Then the hospital staff will complete the online audit and photocopy the medical record. In the end, photocopying materials can be obtained by window retrieval or express delivery. Management real time supervision ensures the quality of service. This project not only improved the satisfaction of patients, but also solved the dilemma of hospital medical record management. Hospitals should always take the needs of patients as the guide, continuously improve the business process of medical record copying, continuously improve the level of medical record management by improving the quality of medical record, strengthening information security management, reducing the waiting period and other measures, and actively build the "Internet plus smart hospital" for the future.
