<正>侵袭性真菌感染(invasive fungal infection,IFI)通常是指侵袭深部组织和内脏以及全身的真菌感染。近年来,随着广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂和糖皮质激素的大量应用以及侵入性诊疗技术的增多,IFI正呈逐年上升之势。2005—2013年国外的一项统计数据显示,IFI在免疫缺陷儿童中的发生率为24%~([1])。虽然目前关于儿童真菌感染病原菌方面的流行病学数据有限,但在儿童真菌感染的病
