摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子与其受体对女性药物流产效果的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月于宁波市中医院就诊的92例完全流产妇女和92例不全流产妇女作为研究对象,并分为完全流产组和不全流产组。检测并比较两组患者药流前1天、药流后第4天血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子受体-1(VEGFR-1)、血管内皮生长因子受体-2(VEGFR-2)水平,以及蜕膜组织、绒毛组织中上述指标的表达。结果两组患者药物流产前血清VEGFR、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2水平比较均无显著性差异(t值分别为1.147、1.329、1.248,均P>0.05),两组患者药流后血清VEGFR、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2水平均显著低于药流前(t=2.310~3.569,均P<0.05),而完全流产组药流后上述指标均显著低于不全流产组(t值分别为2.896、2.996、3.457,均P<0.05)。完全流产组绒毛组织中VEGFR、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2阳性率分别为9.78%、10.87%、13.04%,均显著低于不全流产组的20.65%、27.17%、26.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为5.024、4.876、5.497,均P<0.05)。完全流产组蜕膜组织中VEGFR、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2阳性率分别为21.74%、26.09%、27.17%,均显著低于不全流产组的42.39%、46.74%、48.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为6.236、6.132、6.587,均P<0.05)。结论 VEGF及其受体与药物流产的效果有关,可能参与了药流的过程。
        Objective To explore the influence of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its receptors on the effects of medical abortion in women. Methods Ninety-two women with complete abortion and 92 women with incomplete abortion who were treated in Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into complete abortion group and incomplete abortion group. The serum levels of VEGF, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(VEGFR-1), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(VEGFR) and those in decidual tissue and villus tissue on day 1 before abortion and day 4 after treatment were detected and compared between two groups. Results Before medical abortion serum VEGF, VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2 levels were not significantly different between two groups(t value was 1.147, 1.329 and 1.248, respectively, all P>0.05), and those after abortion were significantly lower(t value ranged 2.310-3.569, all P<0.05). While the above indicators of complete abortion group after medical abortion were significantly lower than those of incomplete abortion group(t value was 2.896, 2.996 and 3.457, respectively, all P<0.05). The positive rates of VEGF, VEGFR-1, and VEGFR-2 in villi of the complete abortion group were 9.78%, 10.87% and 13.04%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the incomplete abortion group(20.65%, 27.17% and 26.09%, respectively). The differences were statistically significant(χ~2 value was 5.024, 4.876 and 5.497, respectively, all P<0.05). Conclusion VEGF and its receptors are related to the effects of medical abortion and may be involved in the process of medical abortion.
